Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. All credit cards will be verified upon confirmation of reservation.

A MINIMUM ONE-NIGHT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS TO BE CONFIRMED AS A DEFINITE BOOKING.

Full, non-refundable prepayment may be required for special dates, including: holidays and special event bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival date unless otherwise stated.

For cancellations that occur within 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the minimum fee of one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.

Terms & Conditions

Rates do not include state & local tax.

Rates are based on double occupancy.

Extra person 12 and older is $10 per person per night

Early Arrivals

Early arrivals may be available upon request.

 

Late Departures

Checkouts Past 12 pm: Full reservation value charged to credit card on file.

Damage Policy 

Damage to hotel property - We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guests to the hotel's property or structure. If the damage is observed after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Removal of Hotel Property

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. If the missing item(s) is observed after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
